SABAR WITHOUT A WORD SPOKEN

Having sabar doesn't mean you're not permitted to have feelings. Sabar implies that even with all the anger, sadness and indeed, even with all the trouble, even when the evenings you sobbed silently you actually were appreciative to Allah SWT. You still went to Him and confided in His plan.
