DOES ISLAM ALLOWS US TO JUDGE?

May Allah forgive me if I go wrong while writing this but since putting your thoughts into words is everyone’s right or may i say its utmost when you think it might benefit you or others in the future. 

When Allah S.W.T made you ‘Ashraful Makhlooqat’ , He made so because He Gave you ‘’aql’, ‘shaoor’ and all those things that rank you high amongst the creatures now by saying that you have ‘aql doesn’t necessarily meant that you have been given the authority of looking after the matters that are supposed to be the matters of Allah and Allah only. By this point some people might wonder (Oh Astagfirullah what is this girl talking about, how can a person do this, is she out of her mind?) Yes perhaps she is, since all those who talk about realities are considered fools.

It’s natural to ask: ‘So if I see a person commit open haraam (sin), how can I possibly not think badly of them?’ The answer simply is ‘we just don’t have the tools to make judgments’ I repeat ‘we just don’t have it’ There are thousands of circumstances that make a person act a certain way, perhaps you could be worse if you were in their shoes. To think or claim that you truly know someone’s deep-down intentions is far from the truth.  This is a sign of lack of ‘aql (intellect). On a side-note, it is important to realize here that the ‘aql (reason or intellect) is not relatable with intelligence and smartness of an individual. One may be the most intelligent and accomplished individual (in the worldly sense) but may or may not possess ‘aql (intellect): a higher merit.

Learn to leave matters to Allah as you do not have a slightest idea (whether someone is (ba-haya or be-haya) you DO NOT KNOW. All we can do is pray for such people since words of wisdom hardly effect them kyunke wo kia hei na is baat pe yaqeen nh kia jata ke ‘achi baat achi hai, wo kahi se bh aye use suno, use samjho’ 

‘And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror].” Quran 14:42
